727-301-1649  Sunday 23 April 2017 at 5:06 pm from Clearwater FL.  Called cell number.  Automated voice "Hello,this is Ray".....(pause).... "Are you there?"  Left no message.

Simple, don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.  Don't open the door for the thief.  If it's that important we have a thing called voicemail.

Unfamiliar number. I didn't answer. Caller didn't leave message.
