Called and start with an automated voice stating:   "Hello, this is Ray."

received call 11:15 am est - did not answer call -  caller did not leave a message
so far today I've received 7 calls from callers who do not leave messages  -  past annoying -

Typical scammer who leaves no message, so number is now blocked.  Seems this time of year when all the snow birds are in FL that the calls keep coming.

Wed 3/29/17 at 12:06 pm from Clearwater FL.  Unidentified caller - rolled over to answering machine.  "Hello,this is Ray".....(pause).... "Are you there?"  Left no message.  Hung up.

Called, caller ID Cleawater FL, left no msg. Blocked. Wow! Isn't VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) just wonderful? The easiest phone system to hack into.
