Report them to whom and for what? The caller is not in violation of the Do Not Call law since they are not selling goods or services. They are also not in violation of the telemarketing laws that apply to charities unless they continue to call after you ask them to place you on their internal Do Not Call list. Hang up calls in general are not illegal although they can be reported by the recipient to the FCC.
Received call from quick talking man saying he was calling for donations for the area fire fighters foundation. Of course donations would be sent to a PO Box number, with only the initials BACFF in the pay to line. When pressed he provided a website of BACFF4420.org . . . which did not exist.
