Report them to whom and for what? The caller is not in violation of the Do Not Call law since they are not selling goods or services. They are also not in violation of the telemarketing laws that apply to charities unless they continue to call after you ask them to place you on their internal Do Not Call list. Hang up calls in general are not illegal although they can be reported by the recipient to the FCC.

Says FFBOF on caller ID. If it is a charity they do not have to follow the Do Not Call laws. However, when I called back because I mised the call, no one answered and they don't have an answering machine. This could be a contractor working from home? Best to answer and ask to be taken off their list if it is a charity calling.
