Report them to whom and for what? The caller is not in violation of the Do Not Call law since they are not selling goods or services. They are also not in violation of the telemarketing laws that apply to charities unless they continue to call after you ask them to place you on their internal Do Not Call list. Hang up calls in general are not illegal although they can be reported by the recipient to the FCC.
This number called me at 8:30 tonight when I said hello no one said anything. From the recent post's I really hope they don't start calling me all of the time!!
they called, when I answered they said nothing then disconnected. when calling back it is endless busy signals. Id says BACFF nothing more. Report them.
