I'm in Ohio - Called my cell @ 11:45 am. Didn't answer. Didn't recognize it. Glad I didn't..... Too bad the Do Not Call lists don't work....!

Just got a call from this number, answered it, no one responded. I hung up and they called right back. I did not answer a second time but blocked caller. It came out of New Port Richey, FL.
