Who called from 7279192580

I'm in Colorado..it called me, I didn't answer, no voicemail

Called but couldn't answer. No message left. I'm in Pittsburgh, PA. Caller ID showed "FL, USA"

Called my cell. I live in MA. Did not leave a message.

I received a call todayat 3:15 pm EST from 1-727-919-2580 (New Port Richey, FL) with an automated message stating it was "Card Services" and I could lower my interest rate to press 1 for assistance.  I pressed 1 see to what that call was all about.  A man with a foreign accent answered from what sounded like a call center.  Lots of background noise/conversations.  He identified himself as an employee with Card Services and said my call would allow me to reduce or keep my interest rate on my Mastercard  at 13%.  I said I don't have a Mastercard and he hung up on me.
