Portfolio Recovery a merciless debt collector. They are relentless and simply do not get it that none of what they are looking for is about me. I'm reported them so many times I just simply ignore it now.
These guys have hundreds of numbers they call on. They dont care I am not who they are looking for, they will call till someone pays. I forward all my new spam calls to their number or forward them back to themselves.
