They keep calling my number thinking they and find the a person who "USED" to have my #. They have even left his
name on my message machine. Been going on for more than 6 years. Finally got a phone to block them, I know they have many more #'s to call from. Can't believe the government hasn't shut them down for harassment.
Been going on for 6 years yet you have done nothing to assert your rights and stop them? Did you send them a certified, return receipt "not me letter" ? Apparently not. Did you file reports with the proper agencies? Apparently not (and as a side note how do you expect the government to do anything if you fail to report your problem?) Did you consult a consumer lawyer and sue them? Apparently not. You know there was a woman in Kansas in the same situation as you who received an 83 million dollar verdict against this outfit. . I hope that phone blocks several hundred numbers because this outfit has over 400 that they call from.
