Received call on my cell at 9:15 Pacific time. Recorded message re: "lowering interest rates on credit cards". Recorded message stated to dial "1" to speak to a rep which I did. A guy with a strong foreign accent answered and when I told him I was registered with the FTC do not call program, he immediately hung up. These morons need to be dropped into the ocean.
My cell phone number is on the National Do Not Call List, yet I received a solicitation call from this number today. I am reporting this as harrassment. When I try to call the number back, it gives a "not a working number" message.
