I have answered before and after trying to get my Credit Card numbers (ostensibly to lower my interest rate), I told them 'no thank-you' and hung up, then they call back another day from a new number.
I keep blocking these numbers on my cell and reporting them to the FCC on the DoNotCall website, however they keep calling every day or so from a new number, just one or two numbers off the original ~ THIS is a SCAMMER using Spoofing technology to call under FAKE numbers and showing different locations....
I have fielded this SAME call, (both on my cell and home phones), from many different numbers and many different 'states', Florida, Michigan, now NJ....
BTW ~ NEVER call them back and NEVER press anything to 'take my number off your list'....
By doing so, you are telling them that your number is an 'ACTIVE' phone-line and then it is recorded and SOLD as such, to OTHER scammers/spammers/Telemarketers....
Need to add 'SCAMMER/SPAMMER' to the 'Call Type' tab below...
