I didnt get a call from this number but i did see this number on my credit card when i did buy a spoof calling card. it gives the number for some reason, but i have not called the phone number. i did buy the spoof card so im not here complaining about that. i did notice the number on my card to one on this site that every one is talking about. so now im a bit confused about some things. maybe this person if you look up the number on white pages it lists a Eli Finkelman on the phone number, so that helps i think but i dont know since i never got any debt collection calls from that person or that number he must make spoof cards maybe or some business he has under that number in lakewood and toms river, NJ area.
All of these messages are from april of 2009, but my experience with this # is in november of 2011.
I kept getting calls from an unknown number (unknown because it was blocked) all times of day and night. When I answered it. my phone would make 4 loud beeps like it was recording something (most likely a robot looking for a name to tie to a credit card #) I couldn't call the number back because it was unknown.
I called my phone company, I called the police, I wanted to find out who this was!!
Finally, someone told me about a service which I will not name but you can google it that unblocks numbers. So I paid the fee, grudgingly for the service and bam, the next time they called I got the phone number listed here. When you call it it almost sounds like a legitimate company, you are routed through "a call center" which has 3 options, customer service, make a payment and some other form of them trying to get your debit card/ credit card numbers.
I pressed one for customer service and a woman answered, pretending not to know what I was talking about. She had said the words so many times to other people that she sounded like just another robot, but as soon as I told her that I used that service and was going to report the number to the police I was hung up on. Here's the fun part, when you call again (no matter how many times) the SAME woman answers at this call center.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION, DIAL *69 BEFORE YOU CALL THEM, HAVE YOUR PHONE COMPANY BLOCK CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER,
