Received calls early in the morning on the weekend from 732-389-4930. Caller ID said Premiere Global. After reading the above comments, I looked at the web site http://www.premiereglobal.com/contact-us/ and called. I was given a second number:
866-643-1023
and told to seek "Fax to mail team."
I had to jump through a series of selecting options for customer care before I got to "Fax to mail team." Finally got a live person who said he would block my number. He explained that one of their clients must have input a phone number wrong and got mine by mistake. Their "clients" are hospitals and financial institutions, he said.
Thank you "Annoyed" for your post. Following your advice, I called Premiere Global at 866-643-1023 and asked that they remove my fax number from their call list. In the past, I have called the "Opt Out" number at the bottom of the faxes, to no avail.
This is PENSKE truck rental - auto dial fax service. It's so annoying. It keeps dialing my phone number about 80 times per day. I don't answer anymore and they certainly don't answer their phone line - so just ignore it is the best answer I can advise.
We are a small law firm in Tampa, Florida. We have gotten probably 10-15 calls on our fax machine from this number, and cannot make it stop. The fax is not supposed to receive calls, so it just rings and rings until we have to pick up the phone and hang it back up.
