Just received a phone call at 5:30am on a Sunday...Annoyed to say the least. I tried calling a number listed from others above to speak with someone and it put me in an endless circle so gave up. Later in the morning today I will block this phone number with my phone provider.
I just got a call at 6:30 am on Sep 26 (Sunday morning) -- targeting what they thought is a fax line. It's not. I pressed the '#' key to cut off future calls, as directed. It appears, from the above comments, that that will not stop the calls.
I got a call from these morons on a Sunday morning at 5:15 am! They give you the option to press # on your phone if you are not a fax machine to be taken off their list, but of course I don't believe that for a second.
So I called...866-643-1023 I followed the prompts for customer care then "Fax to mail team." I finally got a live person who said he would block my number. If this doesn't work I WILL be calling back!
