...and this number called and left some one word auto message that I couldn't understand. Do not give your cell number to verizon cable if you use them.
Had Verizon FiOS installed today at 1pm and received call at 6:48pm. But since I did not recognize the number I did not answer it. Must be Verizon after reading all the previous posts.
We don't have Verizon (Magic Jack customers) home phone,and though our cell is Verizon,it's my Dad's cell phone,so in no way connected to my land line...I hate when people/companies are too sorry to even bother dialing you by manpower,using machines just to get a call in. Sorry [***],LOL!
The caller is Verizon's automated customer notification center. The call was feedback from the line technician investigating a noise complaint. The call ended with a request to respond to a customer service survey.
