My advise for everyone who has issues with this, turn the matter over to your FedEx rep. We got a notice from them saying we owed for FedEx Tech Connect services (a service we have never used). Our company has a good relationship with our FedEx sales rep so I just turned the matter over to them. let them handle the frauds
It's a law firm - Weinstock and O'Malley in Old Bridge, N.J. They sent us a letter at work for an outstanding payment for one of our couriers but they haven't been able to provide us with any of the documentation.
MANY, MANY, DEMANDING PHONE CALLS ABOUT A DEPT FOR A COMPANY WE NO LONGER OWN (SOLD 4 YEARS AGO) DEMANDING PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM US. AND THREATING US WITH PROCEEDURES.
My company keeps getting calls too. They are for some bill that they cannot provide any proof that we owe. I have asked for backup information over and over and over and they have yet to provide any.
Me thinks they are scamming.
Beware before paying anything to this company.
I am going to file an FTC complaint with every call I get from them
