My advise for everyone who has issues with this, turn the matter over to your FedEx rep. We got a notice from them saying we owed for FedEx Tech Connect services (a service we have never used). Our company has a good relationship with our FedEx sales rep so I just turned the matter over to them. let them handle the frauds
Just got an abrasive and curt phone message from Peter at Weinstock & O'Malley regarding past due invoices. After reading what's been posted here on this website so far, I'm of the mind that's it's a scam. We won't be returning his call in the future. Thanks!
A Jessy Niven from Winestock & O'Malley Law Firm called asking for the owner of Container Research Corporation Glen Riddle PA. This is the second call received rude, curt and abrassive. Call was in regards to an action to be filed against CRC. No information was provided. The number he left is 732-679-0059 ext, 505
One guy called and was extremely rude, demanding, abrasive and just down right ugly! No need to be a jerk right off the bat. I went out of my way to resolve the issue with out having to deal with him. OMG
They have called and left a call back. When I returned the call to Jesse Niven he was not there. They are trying to collect a client's bill that is not due for services not rendered.
