I think I am fed up with Schlesinger, even though I know they are an established company and I have happily done business with them several times in the past.
They didn't leave a voicemail; that was strange enough since I had filled out a qualifier only a few days ago. I called them twice at the number on my caller ID. I am not happy at how I was treated since I did not have the name of the person at Schlesinger who phoned me nor the name of the focus group/panel etc.
I got a call on my cell phone from this number. I am registered with Schesinger and I wish they would leave a message when they call. They must not want anyone's opinion very badly or they would leave a message.
Perhaps you forgot you registered with them or one of their partners. They actually pay for the surveys, unlike other companies. Maybe somebody else registered you, but you have to be registered in order for them to contact you because they pay.
