I just received a text from this Scott Nance he
Wants a wedding dress that i just post on craiglist too and
The same happened he offer a check bank transaccion and the dress is not even mine i am just posting
It for my church. Thanks God i am getting used to google every phone number that i dont know to see if i find info about it. By the way he is a "father" getting a dress for her daughter.
This is what he said:
(1/3)I want to purchase your dress as soon as possible for my daughter before her Engagement/Wedding ceremony which is fast approaching... I will be paying you
(2/3)through a Bank Certified check so that you can have your cash in hand before shipping the dress...I will wait for your bank to confirm and clear the check
(3/3)before we proceed with the shipment.I will need your full name and address to mail the check to you and will be adding extra $50 for shipping,,Scott
I RECEIVED A TEXTED FROM THIS NUMBER THIS MORNING AND HE IS GOING BY THE NAME SCOTT NANCE. AFTER I READ THESE ON HERE I TOLD HIM I KNEW HE WAS A FRAUD AND THAT IF HE CONTACTS ME AGAIN I'LL REPORT HIM. HE USES THE SAME TEXT FOR EVERYONE. BE CAREFUL. PEOPLE ARE CRAZY! I ALSO TOLD HIM TO GET A REAL JOB, DOUCHE.
This guy just did this to me and i deposited his check in my account before i saw this! I told him if I get charged one penny from my bank i will spend as much as it takes to track him down and prosecute him! BEWARE HE IS A SCAMMER
Got a text message today from this phone number. Says: Hi this is Scott Nance. i saw the posting of your wedding dress on craigslist and i will like to know the condition and how much you are offering it last.
I did not reply. I check them out first because I assume most of them are scammers.
