The DO NOT CALL list is a joke. Scammers do not care about the list....they use spoofed numbers with a robo call device, calling every phone number known to exist, waiting for some naive person to believe their bull and give them their personal information. Wake up and smell the roses....there are people in this world that suck and will do little to nothing to get your money.
Why do you feel the Do Not Call list is a joke? Because scammers ignore it? Well, criminals ignore laws all the time but that doesn't mean the laws are a joke. It's not as if the DNC list is a call blocker that can keep registered users from getting calls. But there ARE actual call blockers that can do just that.
