These people are evil. Saying they are from legal dept. Asked for me by name and would not tell my husband what they want. Awful and should be stopped! Left an urgent voicemail.
Had a message on my machine from this number. THick accent saying there is legal action against me and I needed to call back ready to pay a retainer so he could help me!! Yeah right!!!
I got a VM from this number today. He identified himself as Steve Martin. He is very obviously not foreign. He seemed to dip in and out of a heavy Boston accent. He was able to pronounce some words very well, while at other times his speech was completely garbled. His awkward cadence and diction suggest to me that he is autistic. He was able to pronounce the numbers in his call back number perfectly, but had trouble sounding natural with normal speech, which again suggests to me that he is autistic, as they are often obsessed with numbers.
I also got a call from this number and the who is Indian left a message saying that he is from legal affairs department and my name came up in the search and legal action is pending and asked me call him back. I called the number no one answered. These scammers should be prosecuted.
