Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Ditto Here. My revenge is to send a fax to the phone number they left: 760-203-4807 and have it redial 100 times, 100 times a day. This should slow them down for a second. I'm thinking that if we all do send faxes it may crash their phone line. :0)
Yup, scammer. Called me 3 times in succession this afternoon, then left a message, largely unintelligible. A woman saying she was from the "Department of Legal Affairs" (of what? a company? government body? Scam Co. Inc.?) and something about an action against me. Well, if you're getting sued or are in trouble with the Law, you don't get notified with a phone call, and whoever's notifying you is gonna be darned sue you know what organization they represent. Still makes your tummy tighten up until you realize IT'S A SCAM!
