These scammers claim they are free tech support and are calling to assist you to improve your computer experiences. Don't you believe or follow any of their given instruction, with a little help from you & pushing a few buttons on your end for them, they will hack into your computer. Once they have control of your computer, you won't be able to do anything to stop them except turning off your computer or disconnect your Ethernet cable which will disable your internet or access the world wide web. Only a trusted computer expert will be able to help you undo all the damages. I would not answer these calls. These scammers are usually very inpatient and can't speak well English. I just block this scammer from calling again from Palm Springs, CA.
