Caller ID comes in "Lynn Hoelscher". They are "spoofing" somebody's working number!! See:

Got a call and the Caller ID said Lynn Hoelschner - nobody was on the line when I answered. The call history on my optonline account lists Russia as the location of the call.
Man with a middle-eastern accent telling me he's from Microsoft and something about a problem with my computer. I told him to remove my name from his call list and he told me "no". I asked him "why not"? He told me not until I had the issue on my computer fixed. He was extremely rude, kept talking over me and told me I couldn't talk to his supervisor. I told him this was a scam phone call and hung up.
