Caller ID comes in "Lynn Hoelscher". They are "spoofing" somebody's working number!! See:

I just got a call just now 6/22/17. Said they were Microsoft Tech Support, from a man with a middle eastern/indian accent. He said there is a problem with Windows, that my computer had downloaded some malicious material. I thought about messing around with him, but instead told him that I didn't have a Windows machine (I have a chromebook). Then he said " Are you sure ma'am" then hung up. Fricking drives me crazy...
I have been getting calls from that number I did not answer, but after many I finally answered he said he was from Microsoft and there were so problems with some files in my computer and he will walk me through how to fix it, I said I was not near my computer he ask if he could call back the next day I said yes. I got on I looked the number up it said scam call, I went to Microsoft site and reported it. He called back the next day I told him that this is a scam he got very upset I told he I had reported it and took care of it, he said I AM MICROSOFT he said how much did they charge you I said not a dime he started yelling, I hung up, That number has been calling for a over a week everyday, he will not give up. I am going to block the number.
Just got a call middle east accent guy saying he was a tech calling from Windows support. Asked if i was the one using THE computer. I said which one. He then said the one that's online now! Then he asked if somebody else was using it?! I said not that i know of! Are you sure he asks. I'm positive i said. Because I don't have one! You don't have a computer? I said no,click hang up. I got 3 of them, but none were even turned on. I love screwing with these guys
