Called me because i tried to place a claim tward suspected fraud. I have since received 2 calls. From people claiming to be with united health care. The first was sending me paper work to fill out, also i was to send supporting coppies. This call was last friday the 27 th of june. On the 30 th of june i received another call asking me about my call to report possible fraude.durring this call the woman claimed to be with united healthcare yet knew no supporting information of what my plan was or how it worked in tandum with the possible faud i was reporting. Here inability to quote facts on somthing seming as significicant as my insuance polic and what is covered and exactily what has been previously covered. Leads me to believe that this was a false call. How can i give my personal information to someone claiming to investigate somthing that they know nothing about. When i asked her to send me records on my previous dental claims, she told me that she did not have that ability. So i have had two calls from a fraud dept. And frankly i am cautiosily resistent to devulge information to anyone on the telephone who calls me because i know not if this is a true business call or somthing out of Facebook. Please give me a local office that i can go to.
