Received a call yesterday & today 03 May 2017 & 04 May 2017, from this #, 763-367-4780.
United Healthcare took over Symphonix/Optum Rx, whom I used to have Rx coverage with; my Rx plan with United was in termination while waiting for the check I sent last week for the full year's payment.
I called the # & there's indeed no message, no operator, no caller ID.
I then called United Healthcare Rx to see if they'd received my check & tell them about this spam # associated with their company; after several minutes of looking an EXCELLENT agent named David found that they DID call me & verified that this # is owned by United Healthcare.
I told him I'd report that info on here so others would know in the future.

This is United Healthcare. I don't know why it doesn't show up on caller ID.... I didn't recognize the number so I did not answer. They did leave a voicemail with a completely different call back number....
They say United health care to update an address. Left ext 41885 and name of Curtis. I called and you gat a recording no mention of the company name so you know it is fraud. UHC and any legitimate company will have their name announced in the first few seconds of calling them on one of their 800 numbers. Do not give these people any information! Metxxx insurance company is trying to track down scammers using their company name and have stolen thousands of dollars from their customers.
