This # called me and its a thing to do with educational loans or something like that

This number is from Navient - a company that the department of education contracts with to service and debt collect on student loans

It doesn't matter if you block the number, they will call you from another number.  Every time I block the number it calls from another number, they must have a thousand numbers.

Block by area code it works much better

Calls 5 times a day.  Hangs up. Calls before 8am.
