This is not Navient. It's a company claiming to be affiliated with Navient. I contacted Navient as this company kept calling claiming to need to speak with me. Navient sent me an official letter stating the company 'Student Assistance Corporation' was not affiliated with them in any way.
I have loans through Navient, and they are in good standing. Navient sent me an official letter stating that they had no affiliation with this company.
