Caller asked for me by name, spouse answered phond and told him "wrong number." Navient does not call me, but they contact me by email. People beware...
you can pay your loans on time or even ahead of time. you can even pay extra but Navient and Sallie Mae don't care. they will continue to call you until your loan is paid in full. for that reason, a harassment class action lawsuit has been filed against them
Got this phone call. I refused to give her my name and DOB. I told her that if it's from Navient, send me something if it's about any loan I have with them. I think it's a scam!!!!
