This is a VERIZON customer service number... with that said, do not trust your caller ID. Criminals have the capability to "spoof" numbers on caller ID. With the right hardware, they can make any number show up in your caller ID...
I received a call from this number after being accidentally disconnected from Verizon customer service. The person calling was the same person at Verizon that accidentally hung up on me. No phishing involved. 100% legitimate.
I work there its a number that will show up on the cid if I were to call you from work its a vzw call center not a scam if you call in for customer service, someone unauthorized on your account wants to make changes, or if you scheduled a call back for a later point in time (like a few days) is the only reason you would get a call from there. Never for no reason we only take inbound calls so unless theres something up with someone who wants your info or if you asked us to will you ever get called. Inless it is pure human error and someone dials the wrong number to get you and it will be a busy number if you call it back. Thats why most voicemails have you call 0204 thats actually vzw the 765 num is not. No call center direct number will be the came as the company number
Well from the way you write it appears Verizon will hire anyone, educated or not, which begs the question - what kind of service and answers will you get from them? What does Xerox have to do with Verizon? Xerox makes copiers.
