I have gotten two voicemails from these people. They say something like they have been trying to reach me repeated times and I have not returned the calls so this is my last chance before legal action is taken. What is this about because I have dealt with any and all bill collectors I needed to so is this a scammer? So tired of these type of people
Received recorded message claiming to be a Office of Mediation. They claim there was fraud connected to a checking account with a pending court case. Message did not say who is calling or who it is looking for. Was advised to press 1 to speak to a mediator. Figured this is nothing but a scam and hung up. Will not call back and will see about blocking the number.
ah yes scammers!!! just had a fun time with them..they asked for my ss # ..the one I gave was fake! but when they said oh yes we have it right here.i knew this was going to be a great time screwing with them..i plan on calling this # re-peatedly till they change ther number or get rid of it...oh I love screwing with scammers!!!

got a call from these people pretty much telling me the same thing they told Jr. Told me they sent me a letter, I have since moved but my other mail has been forwarded from previous address, don't understand why I never received their letter, are supposedly going to be a court case. Could not give me any info about the account this is supposed to be with, as they are a collection company trying to get their money back. When they answer the phone they say "Mediation" lady told me they are Equity Funding.
