Spanish speaking persons trying to get information in order to send a 500 minutes calling card from a telephone company that I didn't recognize. I refused to confirm the information they already have on hand - marketing purposes? fraud? WE BETTER BE ALERT!

I started getting calls this morning from this number and it says this number is not in service, how can they keep calling from it?
