This numbered has called me several times. they don't speak English so I am guessing they are targeting Spanish households. When a person answers the phone with an English accent they hang up. annoying as all hell.
Just received a call from this number, but did not answer as I did not recognize the number. My phone is equipped with an answering machine letting the caller know to leave a message later as it is unable to receive any more messages, plus I don't have to listen to the uninvited callers! Since I have caller ID, I'll pick up only those that I wish to talk to. I have been getting constant telephone calls, and it is so very, very frustrating! Although I am on the DNC List, "they" still call.
