Got the same call, I pushed '1' and got a live person who was so rude. She kept saying she was with the Fraud division and I asked Fraud division of what? She said of Frank Klein & Assocs. I said who are you, where are you and what fraud. She would not listen so I hung up. She called right back and left a threatening message that she would be filing fraud check charges against me in Dallas County and I had better find an attorney. She would never tell me who her client was or when this fraud occurred or for what amount but boy was she hateful and vengeful!
Called and had a recorded message and then they wanted us to leave a voicemail. This is the phone number that came over the caller id. Keep on calling I can play games with you too.
I just got the same call. I get calls like this all the time from different numbers. They got my info from probably feeling out something online like 10 years ago since they never have my current address on file. I've been under litigation according to these calls for like 5 years and yet nothing in my credit report. A big scam.
Same message as everyone else is reporting. "Caller James Ryan Investigator for Frank Klein and Associates and stated about ligation against my phone number and my name and social security may be involved."
