Got the same call, I pushed '1' and got a live person who was so rude. She kept saying she was with the Fraud division and I asked Fraud division of what? She said of Frank Klein & Assocs. I said who are you, where are you and what fraud. She would not listen so I hung up. She called right back and left a threatening message that she would be filing fraud check charges against me in Dallas County and I had better find an attorney. She would never tell me who her client was or when this fraud occurred or for what amount but boy was she hateful and vengeful!

Received VM from Samantha at Frank Klein & Associates advising that there are pending fraud charges against me with my SSN and current address. I need to respond immediately to give my side of the story before charges are filed in my county.
Now using free app called Hiya to help block these calls. The app identifies the caller's as a possible scam and asks if I want to block future calls. So far, works very well until the fraudulent caller calls from a other number - then I just block that one too.
