Got the same call, I pushed '1' and got a live person who was so rude. She kept saying she was with the Fraud division and I asked Fraud division of what? She said of Frank Klein & Assocs. I said who are you, where are you and what fraud. She would not listen so I hung up. She called right back and left a threatening message that she would be filing fraud check charges against me in Dallas County and I had better find an attorney. She would never tell me who her client was or when this fraud occurred or for what amount but boy was she hateful and vengeful!
Got This same call today and called back, talked to someone who didnt have any current info on me and said i had 3 felony counts of bank fraud pending, also would not give me any information on the company that they were "representing" Also, got very angry when i said it sounded like a scam
Got this same message. I almost called it back because this message came at the same time my bank called me with suspicious activity. I found out that someone has made credit cards with my info and were trying to use in mass and New Jersey at same time I was using card in Fl. Thank god I looked this number up before calling them. I bet you money they were the same people trying to get more info from me like my social. I am reporting them. More should report them as well!
Scam, they want to appear official and when i asked where they were calling from they told me their name and again i asked WHERE were they calling from and again they wanted to transfer me but then they called and as soon as I pressed for information they hung up on me. Then they called back and put me on hold forever...SCAMMERS
