I just called and spoke with an Alexis at the Georgia Attorney's General's Office For Consumer Fraud, she advised that anyone
receiving these types of calls should report them to their department. If they receive enough complaints, they will investigate this further.
I would recommend that everyone that receives calls from this number and a Eric Spencer, call and report same to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Department.
Another idiot - says his name is Eric Spencer (no company name) "Your name and SS# involved in a case. Final call before legal action (final call 20 times ago). Documentation has been sent to you." Nothing sent. Blocked number, still get voice mails. So sick and tired of this world's scumbags with no life and their only job is to annoy others.
Report this call to the Georgia Consumer Department of Fraud for investigation.
This is the same messages that he is leaving with everyone that he is calling.

Same as other calls. Involving my name and ss# in a fraud case. Documentation was sent supposedly but i never received. This obviously is a scam. Do not give any info to them
