I just called and spoke with an Alexis at the Georgia Attorney's General's Office For Consumer Fraud, she advised that anyone
receiving these types of calls should report them to their department. If they receive enough complaints, they will investigate this further.
I would recommend that everyone that receives calls from this number and a Eric Spencer, call and report same to the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Department.
I keep getting calls from a guy name Eric Spencer blah blah...My name "MAY" be involved...WTH!!! They are ridiculous..when I ask them questions they cant verify anything until I tell them my name.. then they like to hang up.. I didnt verify crap..BIG FAT FRAUDS.. They need to get a life and a REAL JOB!!!!
Don't even waste your time speaking with them, this is just another bogus collection effort going around.
It's that time of year again, they are all coming out of the wood work like carpenter ants!
Report this to the Georgia State Attorney's General's office, the Consumer Fraud Department at the number listed
above.
