Very automated robo call - literally sounded like a robot calling about a loan. Blocked the number and called back (as most these days seem to non-working numbers) and a woman answered "Cash Advance, how can I help you".
Got a call 3 days in a row, leaves a part of a auto msg to call a number back. Don't know anyone in Illinois anymore unless they are calling from a cemetery grave, and I doubt that.
