They called again today at 10:46 am, and it was again blocked by our call blocker. Please see my posts of 9 Jan 2014, 28 Jun 2014, 6 Jun 2015, and 1 Sep 2015. Big Brother Big Sister is a legitimate organization, but this doesn't make these calls any less annoying.
Yes, they are a legitimate non-profit organization but their robo-calling tactics are beyond annoying and enter into the realm of harassment. I gave up trying to politely ask them to stop calling and added the number to my blocked list. I check every so often to see the list of blocked calls and I will frequently see 6 or 7 attempts within the span of 30 seconds every other week or so. Classic sign of sleazy telemarketing strategy. If they want to be treated like a non-profit they should be respectful of the people whom they solicit support from.
