We got the exact same "John Pierson" call at 2:23 in the morning. According to my mother, this is not the first call she's received. We are on the Do Not Call registry, so I went right to their website and filed a complaint. Their website is www.donotcall.gov. Complaints can also be filed online with the FCC, though I don't have their address handy.
Thats what voice mail is for, genius. Some people wont answer numbers they dont know because they've been called numerous times by scammers or other bottom feeders, or people who dont seem to know how to update their call list when they're told they have the wrong number.
You want someone who doesnt answer their phone to call you back? Leave a freaking voice mail, takes all of 2 seconds. "Hey, dont have my phone, call me at [this number]. Its important." Wow, how hard is that?
I received a call from this number this morning as well. It was an automated message about the home security. Interestingly enough, I did have an unauthorized entry into my apartment the night before. Noticeable entry through the window with broken/missing items although valuable things not taken. Thought it was quite the coincidence. Has anyone else experienced this?
