Most likely QVD is a company that provides things like caller id to call centers:

QVD = Quality Voice and Data which seems to be a division of quality contact solutions.

No name, LaSalle IL on caller ID, no message. No idea who they are or what they want.

Rec'd call at 4:22pm from 779-201-4191, QVD (are they trying to let us think QVC? just wondering. wouldn't answer that either). I let ring, cleaning for Thanksgiving. Of course, hubby wants know who calling (wants to answer every call). It only rang 3 times that I heard, quit, no msg. left so apparently some poor other sole answered. Hope not a senior they can scam even though I'm a senior. I just blocked number on my phone. Good luck to all & hope you have Happy Thanksgiving.
