This number called me and when i said 'hello', ... no response so i screamed 'HELLO' and they hung up. this is b.s.! I am on the do not call list which seems to be of no use to anyone. I dont know why they even call only to hang up. seems like they'd make it worth their while trying to scan someone out of something, glad they didnt/don't though. IDIOTS! STOP CALLING!
Got a call from this number today. Definite Indian accent - female. I really couldn't understand much of what she was saying....something about calling from the U.S. something or other and something about a recall. When I kept telling her that I couldn't understand what she was saying or calling about she terminated the call. Obviously, I knew it was a scam call but I am hoping that I was more annoying to them than they were to me! I am also on the Do Not Call List and the last scam call I got (to do with credit cards) when I told them I was on the Do Not Call List I got a ration of f---this and that and the phone slammed down in my ear.....sigh....
Received call today from guy with foreign accent claiming to be from Austin Medical Center and wanting to know if myself or any of my family members took the following deadly drugs. I could barely understand the drug names. My caller ID said "out of area".
Don't know how these scammers keep getting my number.
Very frustrating that the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY doesn't help.
