Received a call earlier today from the above mentioned telephone number. The display showed "Cell Phone MA".
This appears to be a working cellphone...but...the mix of upper and lower case letters along with the spacing between the words...leads me to believe that the telephone number is being spoofed for the purpose of making bogus calls.
I don't blame the cell phone number's owner for the bogus call. Sadly...whoever they are, they may be in for some angry follow up calls.
This looks like the doing of one of those Credit companies whose calls always show the name of a city/town and the state.
