I don't know what it was cause when I see a number on my caller ID that I don't know I do not answer it. When I tried to call it back, after showing up more than once, the number said it was "not in service", yet I just got a call from that #.
This is a rerouting number for Cellcom. Once a phone has left its home area and is roaming, the calls go to the towers of other providers and end up being routed through here.
My friend uses Cellcom 'cause it's cheap and whenever she calls from out of the immediate area, this number shows up on caller ID as Bedford PA, although the number originates from the Boston area.
I just recieved this call from this number (781)301-0458. On my caller I.D. it shows up as BEDFORD PPC. HL. So whatever this is I have no clue. So I called the number and it came up that this number is not in service.
