They claim to be issuing refunds for NSTAR. I am convinced these are fraudulent calls and have asked them 3 times to stop calling, but mostly they hang up on me. When I actually answer, a recording says "press 1 to accept." I have not pressed 1 to accept. It's gotta be a scam of some kind.
Called a bunch of times in the past few days. No message left. I finally answered and a male voice on the other end said "oh" and hung up. Time well spent.
