Number called today at 12:33 p.m., caller ID said ``invalid number'' so I cut it off. Why would anybody answer a call like that? I guess they are hoping for people who do not have caller ID. Thanks for the info about who it is. I supposed if you have the time and enjoy fooling with these people, it's OK, but why bother? Get caller ID and just don't answer calls like this. As for people who did take the call and even spent time talking with them, be aware Medicare is not going to call you on the phone asking to update your info. Please be careful with these calls, just don't answer if you don't know who it is.
This number just called, "Name Unavailabl" in caller ID. I Googled fast and found it here - so I picked up the call and hit the pound and star keys back and forth, fast, for 10 or 15 seconds, then hung up.
Third scam call today - I usually just let them go to answering machine, but I'm so over it!
