18 yr old son has credit card with this company. He made an online payment of $100 and they got ahold of his bank information and now every day tries to get another $100 out of his account. When they can't they charge him insufficient fund charge and an online charge. His bank then also charges him an overdraft charge. We finally had to have his bank file fraud charges...His limit is only $250 and his balance is well over $1,000 now. This company needs to be stopped.
This company operates somewhere in the "mountain time" area but they don't really care what time it is. They call me all day and night. Even though arrangements are made already, this company has someone else harrassing you for more money and with their rudeness is crystal clear why you would not answer the phone.
My question is: Why won't they just leave a message and be done with it already?!
