Said that I had my computer fixed by someone last year and I would get a refund in the amount of $299. Tried to get me to go to my computer to receive the form to fill out. Claimed that he was calling from Liverpool. I asked for a supervisor's number to verify his information. I never had a computer repaired last year so it was very suspect. He also said his name was Mark Hamill.
We kept getting repeated calls and they actually left messages to call back 786 220-3387. They were calling for someone specific who wasn't us. I answered a few times and each time it was a different caller with an Indian accent claiming he was Chris Hill from Anderson Law Firm. When I told him the guy he was looking for didn't live here they would just hang up. But then the next guy would call again. They were using a robocall system since there is that delay from when you pickup and they connect. I answered a third or fourth time and this time I kept him talking and said I wanted to speak to a supervisor. It took some convincing but he actually gave me to another guy with an Indain accent. I told him he had the wrong phone number and that we kept getting repeated calls and that he needed to pull our number out of his database. He apologized and said he would take care of it and the calls stopped. I think scammers have actually outsourced their work to India. That is insane! Real criminals must be too expensive. Also it seems all these phone numbers are actually routed through the Internet, so nothing is real.
These people called and said I have a law suit pending and that I took out a loan for 200.00 They said I need to pay or else Im going to jail. They also gave some of my ss# info to me and that is scary. I dont want them to take my identity and go through my bank account.
I have received phone call regarding a lawsuit being filed aganist me in regards to a payday loan from September 2012.They wante dto speak with my attorney. When I was trying to explain that I had no loan with any p[ayday loan. Indian speaking male voice,yelled at me, refused to giver me any information regarding a copy ofthe contract or information about the company. I called back because they hung up on me twice,then the third time just held the phone. I will be getting intouch with the District Attorney office in Miami, Flordia today.
Yeah this man called me with a middle eastern accent saying that my name and ss# had been compromised and that a there's a law suit pending from a particular company.I dont even answer the phone any more. They need to get a real job

Miami, FL they transferred me to a guy with an Indian accent then named like David Bentley when I told them I told them I don't have the money to pay and do what they need to do they yelled at me I stayed come and said ok they told me I would be served a warrant and dragged to court and serve 60 days in jail while yelling at me then he told me [***] you [***].... I called back and said I was recording call and repeated what he said to me and asked if there was anything else he would like to say before I reported this to da of Miami and he said [***] you you muda [***] [***] and I said ok thank you I will turn this in to da and he had nothing else to say then sat on phone then said ok bye I'm hanging up now... It's so funny I had 2 people listening and they couldn't stop laughing it is a total scam!!!
